We are now processing ALL applications.   Apply TODAY!

NEW:  Tree Adoption/Reservation list posted below.  If you Reserved a tree during August 2012 or if you recently Adopted a tree you may check your status below.  (list update 3-4 times each week, map up date weekly) 

Our Tree Reservation Period HAS EXPIRED. Yes (for most folks) reserving a Tree was NEW THIS YEAR. Thanks to our loyal Parade of Trees Team, and the positive feedback we have already improved our NEW Tree reservation and adoption process.  We hold reserved tree location until Oct 12th.  To retain your reserved tree location, we must receive your "Adoption Papers" (application) with your payment prior to C.O.B. Friday October 12th.   

October 15th : OPEN SEASON, all non paid “reserved” trees will be Up-For Adoption. 
"We Decorate" trees receive the highest priority

NEW:  You may email the download "Word" or PDF file or snail mail your application at anytime.  You may request a specific location or just give us an idea where you would like your tree; we'll do our best to select a nice location for you.  A current Tree Layout Map is post weekly, the names list is update 3-4 times each week.

Hmmm.... so your - thinking - about ADOPTING a tree this year - but not sure or the tree location you were look for is already reserved.  All Premium Trees are Adopted or Reserved, "we decorate" and member trees receive the highest priority. You may ask to be added to our waiting list:

RESERVE & RETURN

Secure the same location for 2013.  Yes, you may avoid the potential rate increase.  

If WE DECORATED your Premium or Regular Tree in 2012 please understand the following.

1.)   We automatically Reserve your same location for 2013.

2.)   During August 2013 via email or phone reconfirm request. Call Jenny at 449-4608 or send email to info@greencovecivic.org  

3.)   Sep. 1, 2013 - Oct. 11, 2013 complete and pay application – You’re in for 2013.

4.)   Oct. 14th (2013) ALL non-paid "WE Decorate" reserved tree locations open to others.


If YOU DECORATED your Tree in 2012 and you would like the same location for 2013 our procedures and timeline are as follows:

 1.)   By 10pm Friday, Jan 4th 2013 remove all decoration

2.)    Let us know that you want the same location, prior to Jan.5th 2013. Call Jenny at 449-4608 or send email to info@greencovecivic.org  

3.)    Do Not pick up you $5.00 deposit. You’re Reserved for 2013.

3.)    During August 2013 via email or phone reconfirm your request for 2013.

4.)    Between Sep 1st and Oct. 11th complete and pay application – You’re in for 2013.

5.)    Oct 14th ALL unpaid tree locations open -- back up for Adpotion.
