How to have a successful Parade of Trees® experience (Dos & Don'ts)
Be Creative! Have FUN and ENJOY! and follow us on FACEBOOK As a general rule we do not have a problem with lost items, however, please remember this is a public park Do Not Display Items That You Are Not Willing To Part With. Trees will be monitored on a regular basis, but we ask you to check your tree from time to time also.
DO: Have FUN, be Creative and ENJOY! Please use items that will hold up to the elements for 45 days. Plastic works great. Secure your items for windy conditions. You may place marketing or gift items (pens, pencils, key chains, novelties, etc.) on the tree for the purpose of people removing them. Feel free to feed our feathered friends.
DO NOT: Make any alterations to the tree, i.e. cutting, painting, spray snow, etc. NO Tinsel, it creates a mess in the park. NO GLASS items. Do not display items that you are not willing to part with; copy your photos.
